First Star acquired a 50% working interest in five infield wells to be drilled in the Mosser Dome and Blue Ridge fields, located in Yellowstone County, Montana.

Stewart Prospect, Texas
In April 2005, the Company acquired a 10% working interest in the Stewart property, a middle Yegua prospect in Goliad County having three or four high quality locations on a 272 acre lease.

Manahuilla Creek Project, Texas. A test well has recently been completed on approximately 1,265 contiguous acres of oil and gas leases. Completion operations are ongoing.
